For historic structures and fragile or delicate surfaces then more gentle methods such as hand scrubbing and washing with soft brushes provides a less abraisive solution

CLEANING TECHNIQUES

  • Chemical Cleaning – Using a range of chemical cleaning solutions to effectively remove stubborn stains, including graffiti, paint, and other surface contaminants.

  • Steam Cleaning – Using a high-pressure steam cleaning system to gently and effectively remove dirt and grime from delicate surfaces, such as limestone and sandstone.

  • Abrasive Cleaning – We use gentle abrasive techniques to remove stubborn dirt and grime from surfaces that cannot be cleaned using other methods.

  • Superheated Water Cleaning For Brick and Stone Surfaces

    We also offer a patented stone cleaning system called ThermaTech®. this will remove coatings like flexible paints, chewing gum, bitumen, oil, surface treatments and organic matter. It can be used both with and without chemicals, gently removing surface treatments such as paint protective coatings and contamination through natural processes such as mold and algae, without causing damaging the underlying surface.

    The system is also suitable for use on conservation grade external surfaces usch as exterior brickwork and stone work.
